My Story

Siobhan

(pronounced Shiv-on, hence SHIV Pilates!)

Shiv's approach to Pilates revolves around three KEY fundamentals: mindfulness, connection to breath and stability. When we focus our attention to how movement FEELS in the body, connect that movement with breath, we can effectively stabilize through the core and safely explore mobility. We train our bodies from the inside out, rebalancing any inefficiencies and deeply connecting the mind to the body.
